I tested the RAM given the diagnostic LED that's turned on.I own an MSI BMG B550 Gaming Plus motherboard, and I'm now trying to diagnose what is failing. Now the EZ debug led for DRAM is stuck on and the PC doesn't POST, my display doesn't receive any signal. My monitor displayed a black screen but my PC didn't turn off, and even pressing the power button for long time didn't turn it off so eventually I turned off the power directly from the PSU (stupid choice, ikr).įrom that moment on my PC won't reboot. This is not a problem (I don't like LED) but it's really frustrating seeing RGB Led only on a single fan.Yesterday after a long gaming session I decided to quit the game and my PC stuck at the exit screen, I couldn't move my mouse pointer, ctrl+alt+del didn't didn't work and out of frustration I decided to hit the reset button on the case. Bottom fan led is not working after second shipment. I've lose lot jobs for this problem.Įvery kind of help will be really appreciated!!! What the problem should be now? Is it a power issue? A CPU Issue? A MoBo Issue? I also tried to turning off the Power Supply and press the Power button for 30 seconds in order to reset CMOS. I had this problem twice today: first this morning when I woke up, and then this afternoon after few hours. This only happens when PC is off for a couple of hours. If I switch off or reboot the machine it works fine. I need to wait a couple of minutes before machine starts working (please see full video at: ). This is same problem I had my first time: a red led on MoBo is on (CPU One). If the machine is switched off for some time, it does not load anything when switched on (no bios, no bips, just fans and GPU). I opened a RMA, machine has been collected and I waited a couple of weeks before PC is returned home. As I am unfamiliar with this stuff, I decided to call support and take no further steps. I then noticed that there is a red light on in the lower right corner of the motherboard (CPU one). In order to turn everything off I have to turn off the power supply. If I hold down the power button for several seconds, the computer won't turn off. Only case fans and light on GPU are working. Nothing is loaded (no beeps, no bios, screen is totally black). So I switched the Power Supply off, waited a few minutes and tried to turn it back on.Īt this point, the computer turns on but nothing happens. Here I started having problems.Īt the beginning, every time I pressed the power button, the computer used to starts and stops instantly ( (Please see video here: ). I then turned everything off and after a couple of hours I turned it on again. I made a first setup of machine (PIN, WiFi, Language and so on). The first time I turned on the computer everything worked fine.
